Lost Shore Surf Resort is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of others. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged copyright infringement and for users to file counter-notifications regarding content hosted on our website or services.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are properly provided to our designated DMCA Agent.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Lost Shore Surf Resort website or services, you may notify our designated copyright agent by providing the following information in writing (as required by 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., /s/ [Your Name]).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., /s/ [Your Name]).
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Lost Shore Surf Resort may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
- A statement that you swear, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
